International Students

The 2018 National Code of Practice came into effect as of 1 January 2018 and this requires changes to be made to school documents, policies and procedures. As a CRICOS registered school we are prioritising making updates to our key documents and will upload 2018 documents as soon as they are updated and approved.

Located on the beautiful Redcliffe Peninsula and as a College which offers a seamless education from Prep through to Year 12, Southern Cross Catholic College is an appealing option for international students wishing to gain some of their Australian education in a well-respected education community.

At SCCC, students are encouraged to take a global perspective on their education. The College invites international students to study and share their knowledge and culture with the community and Southern Cross domestic students have the opportunity to become involved with international exchange programs.

As a registered provider of education to international students, the College has a fruitful relationship with Australian International Education Consortium Global (AIECG), one of Australia’s most prominent education and enrolment centres for entry into ELICOS, schools, VET and universities.

Australian International Education Consortium Global acts as SCCC’s agent when international students are seeking enrolment with the College. AIECG will source English language courses, organise accommodation and facilitate a seamless transition to domestic colleges. Prospective international students are enrolled in the College providing they meet the required conditions of entry.

Staff and students are excited to be a part of this educational alliance, providing SCCC students and international students with the opportunity to interact, learn and educate each other; perfectly implementing the College's vision of establishing a transitional journey for lifelong learning.
