2015 high achievers recognised at Scholars' Assembly

Southern Cross Catholic College (SCCC) has welcomed the return of its 2015 high achievers at the College’s inaugural Scholars’ Assembly.

The 11 students who received an OP (overall position) score between one and five were recognised for their achievements, as were the 2015 VET Student of the Year and Trainee of the Year.

Mr Jason Spiteri, Assistant Principal – Curriculum said the achievers of 2015 should be an inspiration for the students of SCCC.

“All our achievers share the values of resilience, persistence and consistency,” he said.

“To be like them our students need to set strategies to help them achieve their dreams and each day they are resilient, persistent and consistent is another day closer to achieving academic excellence.”
