Southern Cross Catholic College is serviced by two bus lines - Hornibrook Bus Lines and Kangaroo Bus Lines. Suburbs serviced include Sandgate, Bald Hills, Bracken Ridge, Caboolture, Morayfield, Burpengary, Deception Bay, North Lakes, Kippa Ring, Mango Hill, Clontarf, Redcliffe, Margate, Petrie, Kallangur, Scarborough and Woody Point, providing ease of access to each of the campuses.
The College also provides a free intercampus bus service in the mornings and afternoons.
In 2024 a trial service has been provided for those students at Kippa Ring Campus who live towards Burpengary East. Due to limited seating an application to use this service must be sought from Kippa Ring Campus. This service may be expanded to include students from other campuses in the future.
